What to know before buying?
Custom Deskpad Features:
All of our custom deskpads feature a waterproof, soft and smooth top-surface. These features are all housed on an ergonomic and ultra-thick (5mm) padded base.
Design Upload Requirements:
- The minimum image resolution we recommend is 1920x1080px (if your image is lower we will utilize our AI Image Enhancer if required)
- File formats that our website supports are JPG, PNG, AI, PSD, PDF.
- The file size upload limit is 30MB
- If your image exceeds the file upload limit or is in any other format, please use a placeholder image to submit the order and make sure to email us at custom@deskr.co with the original file.
Free Design Enhancements & Generation:
What is our Image Enhancement and Image-Fill Generation process?
- If a design that is uploaded ends up being pixelated or distorted, we will try to apply AI upscaling software to enhance the resolution of the image. This only applies to images that require it, if there are issues we will reach out to you and make sure to resolve discrepancies*
- As for images that don't fill up the entire canvas of the selected deskpad, we will use AI generative fill to completely take up the entire area of the deskpad. We dislike leaving any blank space on custom deskpads*
If for any reason you wish to opt-out of using these free features, we require you to contact us with your request (custom@deskr.co) after placing your order.
*Image Enhancer & Generative-Fill does not guarantee your image to come out perfect, this is a free add-on that we offer our customers and we are not held liable for any issues related to them.
