What are the dimensions of the deskpads?

Our deskpads are:

  • 900 mm (length) x 400 mm (width) x 4 mm (thickness)
  • 35.4 in (length) x 15.7 in (width) x 0.15 in (thickness)
Why 4 mm for thickness?

Most brands manufacture their mats to be 3 mm in thickness, but we want to change that. 4 mm should be the standard for the thickness of deskpads. These deskpads will provide maximum comfort while working or getting those Call of Duty: Warzone victories, maybe even ranking up in Valorant, possibility is endless 😊

Will there be other sizes for deskpads?

Currently, we plan on sticking to the standard size of 900mm x 400mm x 4mm for our deskpads. If you'd like for us to consider different sizes in the future please email us at support@deskr.co

QUALITY & CARE

What are our deskpads made from?

The surface of the deskpad is made from polyester that allows for the best traction possible for your mouse. Being polyester, the surface is very clean and can be machine-washed.

The bottom of the pad is made from rubber that gives the mat an anti-slip feature to prevent unnecessary movements. The anti-slip will ensure your mat won't slide while intense gaming sessions!

How do I clean my deskpad?

We recommend not eating on or near our deskpads, but, if you can't resist that juicy sandwich and end up making a mess on your deskpad, then we have 2 ways to clean your deskpad.

FIRST METHOD:  Take your deskpad, and place it in a machine-washer on low-tumble and low-heat. Be sure to monitor deskpad and do not keep in washer for too long as it may cause damage to stitching. By doing this method, you assume all responsibility, to which we recommend the second method.

SECOND METHOD:  For this method you will need 4 simple household items: Dish soap (or hand soap), water, a clean towel (micro-fiber) and a non-abrasive sponge. To get started apply 1-2 drops of soap to the impacted area(s) of the deskpad. Then add a generous amount of water to your sponge and gently scrub the soap into the deskpad where it was impacted. Be sure you are as gentle as possible in this process, so that the fibers on the deskpad don't get torn. Once you have thoroughly scrubbed the impacted area, you want to dry off the remaining soap and water with your dry towel. Let the deskpad air dry and now your deskpad should be clean from dirt.

NOTE: Stains on a deskpad caused by harsh chemicals or strong pigmented dyes can leave marks on deskpad for a long time. Be quick towards treating an impacted area and clean as quickly as possible.

Where do I get order updates?

We recommend you create an account before placing an order so that you can keep track of your orders or returns when signed in.

If you do not have an account with us then you will receive order updates to the email linked with the order. You will be notified when the order is placed, shipped and delivered. You will also be provided a tracking number to your email and account.

Additionally, for orders placed with EasyShip Shipping Insurance at checkout, you will receive email updates regarding your order. For any claims or issues, please use the link here.

Where is my order?

At Deskr we make it a priority to ship out our products to you as soon as possible. Our products typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered (US only). For international orders, delivery times are show on checkout but do expect delays. Most carriers that are delivering to our international customers are facing delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

To track your order please check your email or your Deskr account for your tracking number.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We request you to confirm your order, and double-check for any mistakes, prior to placing the order in checkout.

If for some reason you need to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us right away so we can quickly process any changes. Please note, orders that have a tracking label created will not be able to be modified or cancelled.

Why is my order damaged, what can you do?

If your order has physical damage or it's not functioning properly due to a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately. Be ready to provide pictures of the issue so we can verify and proceed accordingly. We sincerely apologize for any mistakes caused on our end, and will do our best to ensure your satisfaction is met.

Please note, orders that were damaged through the shipping carrier is not our responsibility/liability. Shipping carriers may not deliver your order in the condition it was shipped out as, this is a common possibility but, if this happens, get in touch with the shipping carrier and file for a claim. We can assist in the claim if necessary but please note, we do not offer refunds/replacements for this.

If you added Easyship Shipping Insurance at checkout then your order will be insured. This means if your package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping then you will be able to file a claim on the package. You will have 60 days after the date of purchase to file a claim on your product. If your claim is approved then you will have the option to reorder or refund the product.

What is Easyship?

The team at Deskr has decided to use Easyship Shipping Insurance, a service that offers package protection and a simplified tracking solution.

We want to give our customers the best delivery experience possible with frustration-free shipments.

Easyship insurance is premium package protection for your online orders. When you add Easyship Insurance at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages as long as you file a claim within 60 days of your purchase. How do I receive funds back from a failed transaction?

If you have received an order confirmation email, then your order has gone through. However, if you have a failed transaction then it will be voided from your bank in 3-5 business days.

RESTOCKS

Will we restock on our out of stock products?

Depending on demand restocks will be lined up for all out of stock products.

How do I know when a product will restock?

Best way to stay informed about restocked products is to sign up for restock notifications. To do this go to the product that is out of stock and you will see a blue banner on the right that says "Notify when available". Click on this banner and input your email to receive a notification as soon as the product is back in our store!

How long does it take for products to restock?

This can vary based on the product and time of the year but for the best updates head over to our Discord server and use the command !stock. This command will give an estimated time on when we plan on restocking sold out designs. This command will also inform you about any products that are about to go out of stock.

 

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Order are fulfilled and shipped out within one business day: except for holidays. Deskr operates from Monday to Friday and fulfills all orders placed the same day (before 2pm CST)

When will my order arrive?

After your order has been placed, products will be shipped out from the Deskr warehouse within 1 business day. Please note, potential delays can prevent your package from being shipped out on time. We will work our hardest to ensure your package gets shipped on time.

Delivery times are dependent on the carrier itself.

Do we ship international?

Yes! We currently ship to all countries.

 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

You can only change your shipping address if the order has not been fulfilled. If you have not received a tracking/shipping email, then we can help update your address if you email us at: support@deskr.co Be sure to provide full name used for order, your order number #DESKR####, and what modification you'd like on your address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

How do I pay for duties and taxes?

UK Customers

For our UK customers due to the new VAT Laws implied through Brexit, starting January 2021 all duties and taxes must be collected at checkout to comply with UK VAT Laws. UK customers will be checking out with the product, shipping, duties and taxes at checkout.

All Other Customers

All other international customers will not have taxes and duties implemented at checkout. They will be responsible for paying duties and taxes post delivery when they are billed by the carrier. International customers not in the UK will be checking out with the product and shipping costs.  

When will my order ship?

After your order has been placed, all international orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Please note, potential delays can prevent your package from being shipped out on time. We will work our hardest to ensure your package gets shipped on time.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times can vary based on the country we are shipping to as well as the shipping option selected at checkout. For best results on when your order is arriving please check the tracking number provided to your email.  

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Do we allow returns?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 10 days of delivery and we'll refund the full cost of the item excluding shipping fees. If you plan on returning or exchanging a product you must pay for the return label to ship the item back to us and cover the shipping to send item back to you (for exchanges). The item must be sent in the same condition as received by the customer.
