We currently offer one size for all of our deskpad designs, and two additional sizes for most of our designs:
Large: This is classified as a mousepad coming in at 450x400mm (18x16in)
XLarge: This is our standard size that is available for all designs on Deskr coming in at 900x400mm (36x16in)
XXLarge: This is our largest size available for most of our designs coming in at 1200x600mm (47x24in)
A mousepad, or deskpad, serves as a critical accessory for computer users. It offers a uniform and controlled surface for computer mice, ensuring accurate tracking and precise cursor control. This aids in tasks like gaming and general use. Mousepads also protect the mouse and desk from wear and tear, provide comfort with ergonomic features, and allow for workspace personalization. They reduce noise, maintain cleanliness, and enhance the overall functionality and user experience in computing tasks.
Selecting the appropriate mousepad size depends on your specific needs. If you primarily use a mouse, a standard "Large" size should suffice. If you want space for both a mouse and keyboard, consider an "XL" pad. For those who require an expansive surface to accommodate a monitor, mouse, keyboard, and additional items like a tablet or phone, an "XXL" pad offers ample room. The choice ultimately hinges on your workspace and intended use.
Not using a mousepad can result in several disadvantages. It may lead to inaccurate cursor tracking, causing frustration in tasks requiring precision. Continuous mouse movements on a desk can also damage the surface, leaving scratches. Without cushioning or wrist support, extended usage can cause discomfort and strain. Additionally, the noise generated by direct mouse contact with the desk can be disruptive. Maintaining cleanliness is also more challenging, as dirt and oils accumulate on the surface, negatively impacting user experience.
Quality & Care
The surface of the deskpad is made from high density polyester that allows for the best traction for your mouse. Being polyester, the surface is very comfortable, smooth and can be machine-washed.
The bottom of the pad is made from natural rubber that gives the mat an anti-slip feature to prevent unnecessary movements. The anti-slip will ensure your mat won't slide while intense gaming sessions!
We recommend not eating on or near our deskpads, but, if you can't resist that juicy sandwich and end up making a mess on your deskpad, then we have 2 ways to clean your deskpad.
First Method: Take your deskpad, and place it in a machine-washer on low-tumble and low-heat. Be sure to monitor deskpad and do not keep in washer for too long as it may cause damage to the stitching. Once washed we recommend to air dry it over machine drying. By doing this method, you assume all responsibility, to which we recommend the second method.
Second Method: For this method you will need 4 simple household items: Dish soap (or hand soap), water, a clean towel (micro-fiber) and a non-abrasive sponge. To get started apply 1-2 drops of soap to the impacted area(s) of the deskpad. Then add a generous amount of water to your sponge and gently scrub the soap into the deskpad where it was impacted. Be sure you are as gentle as possible in this process, so that the fibers on the deskpad don't get torn. Once you have thoroughly scrubbed the impacted area, you want to dry off the remaining soap and water with your dry towel. Let the deskpad air dry and your deskpad should look brand new.
Note: Stains on a deskpad caused by harsh chemicals or strong pigmented dyes can leave marks on deskpad for a long time. Be quick towards treating an impacted area and clean as quickly as possible. Not all stains will be removed from the methods above as some stains will leave a permanent mark.

At Deskr we make it a priority to ship out our products within 1 business day. Our products typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered (US only). For international orders, delivery times are shown at checkout but do expect delays. Please note, orders that were damaged through the shipping carrier is not our responsibility/liability. Shipping carriers may not deliver your order in the condition it was shipped out as, this is a common possibility but, if this happens, get in touch with the shipping carrier and file for a claim. We can assist in the claim if necessary but please note, we do not offer refunds/replacements for this.
If you added Easyship Shipping Insurance at checkout then your order will be insured. This means if your package is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping then you will be able to file a claim on the package. You will have 60 days after the date of purchase to file a claim on your product. If your claim is approved then you will have the option to reorder or refund the product. If you have received an order confirmation email, then your order has gone through. However, if you see a pending charge but no email confirmation then your order did not go through. Failed transactions are likely due to incorrect billing information. The pending charge will be voided and you will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
DPI stands for dots per inch, and this value impacts the quality of your design. For more info, you can learn more with this link
It's best to break your design file up into two parts: file resolution and DPI. For the absolute best print quality, we recommend your file resolution to be 4k+ (3840x2160p or more). To assist with the printing, having your file be close to or at 150 DPI will allow for the best print on of your design. If you're wondering what the ultimate file setting is its 300 DPI with 4k+ resolution.
At the moment we do not offer individual design services. Have a design you want printed for your business, school, or work, we can offer design services and custom bulk discounts for those interested. For more information, you can email us (email@example.com)
In order to ensure your design gets printed over the stitching, we use between 0.2-0.5 in margin on all edges to properly allow for transfer of the design. We do our best not to cut away from the overall design, and we will match print based on what was uploaded to the customizer.
It's easy to use our integrated customizer! Simply go to our Custom Deskpad page, and you'll see a file upload box on the bottom left. Please use a desktop computer or laptop to upload your design (we do not recommend uploading on mobile). You can upload your file by clicking the browse button and you will also see your files quality setting
Due to the nature of custom orders, once the order has been shipped it has been printed and is not allowed to be returned for a refund. Custom orders are unique pieces that are customer's responsibility after order is placed and shipped. We request customers to verify file prior to placing an order.
Many of our designs are limited. Depending on demand, restocks will be lined up for some out of stock products.
Best way to stay informed about restocked products is to sign up for restock notifications on the product page for the item you're waiting for.
This can vary based on the product and time of the year but for the best updates head over to our Discord server and use the command !stock. This command will give an estimated time on when we plan on restocking sold out designs. This command will also inform you about any products that are about to go out of stock.
Order are fulfilled and shipped out within one business day (except for holidays). Deskr operates from Monday to Friday and fulfills all orders placed the same day (before 12pm CST). For domestic customers, you are offered three shipping speeds: Economy, Standard, and Express.
Economy: Our most cost effective shipping service that can give customers an economical solution for delivery
Standard: Our standard shipping service that gives a shorter delivery time over the economy option
Express: Our fastest 2-day shipping service offered for orders
After completing your purchase, your order will be packed (printed if required) and shipped within one business day. Depending on which shipping option you chose on checkout, your delivery time will be dependent on that. International orders are subject to the estimated to the delivery time shown on checkout.
Delivery times are only estimates and there can be potential delays on delivery. Once the package has been shipped, it is the carriers responsibility to make the final delivery.

You can only change your shipping address if the order has not been fulfilled. Our international customers will have transparent duties, taxes, and shipping options with delivery estimates are available at checkout. Duties and taxes will be calculated according to your country's regulations at checkout. This will help prevent any holds or duties-issues with international shipments!
After your order has been placed, all international orders will be shipped within 1 business day. Please note, potential delays can prevent your package from being shipped out on time. We will work our hardest to ensure your package gets shipped on time.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we allow returns within 14 days of delivery.
Refund on returns are only accepted for unused/unworn items from the shop. Items must be sent back in original packaging in order to receive refund.
Refunded amount will be the full amount except: original shipping cost, discounts, insurance (if added), return shipping costs, and a 5% restock fee.
