HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR SHIPPING?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped in1 business day (exception for holidays or emergencies). Once the carrier has collected the package, the carrier is then responsible for the final delivery and times are then dependent on the carrier.
Shipping Info (Domestic):
- Economy: Choosing this service, customer can expect to receive their package within 5-8 business days.
- Standard: Choosing this service, customer can expect to receive their package within 3-5 business days.
- Express: Choosing this service, customer can expect to receive their package within 2 business days (weekends can add additional shipping time)
Delivery times are only estimates, Deskr removes all responsibility after a package is scanned and collected by a carrier. Holidays can cause delays and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Please do understand that as a business, we are not delivering your package, the shipping carrier is. Responsibility for final delivery falls under the shipping carrier and any claims must be taken up with the respective carrier. We recommend all customers to checkout with Package Protection.
DO WE PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes, we provide international shipping to all our customers worldwide. Delivery times, transparent duties and taxes, and carrier charges can all be seen on checkout. We recommend international customers to add desired products in their cart to see all delivery-related costs on checkout. Taxes and duties will be collected on checkout to avoid package holds or delays at respective countries customs office.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
If Package Protection was not purchased at checkout, then the customer is liable for the lost/stolen/damaged package during transit. We recommend all customers to checkout with Package Protection in order to protect their package that is in transit.
Once a package is handed over to a shipping carrier, Deskr removes all responsibility from the package and any issues during transit must be handled between the customer and carrier. Customers who checked out with Package Protection will receive premium support if any issues arrive with their package during transit.
If you add Package Protection at checkout, your package will be protected if it is lost/stolen/damaged in transit. Deskr will assist in filing a claim in order to process a possible refund/replacement on your package. Claims are taken seriously, any fraudulent claims on package protection can subject to legal consequences as implied by the respective insurance company. If claim is approved, we will provide a refund/replacement for your order. Refunded claims will not have original package protection refunded.
