We allow returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery (this excludes products that are final sale and custom deskpads). Refunds on returns will exclude the cost of shipping, insurance and will be charged a 5% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. Customer is to pay for the shipping label in order to send the item back to our warehouse. Upon receival by Deskr, the item will be inspected to ensure it has been received in its original condition before the refund can be processed. For defective items (with limitations), please contact our support at Support@Deskr.co and we can assess a possible replacement or refund.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
If you wish to request a refund on a product that has not yet been shipped, please email us immediately (Support@Deskr.co) to notify us of any changes. You can also request to cancel your order (prior to it being shipped) by simply replying back to the order confirmation email you received through Shopify.
Should a cancellation request be made and the order value exceed $100, a refund will be issued, with the exception of a processing fee of 3% of the order value for orders shipped within the United States and 5.5% for orders shipped outside the United States.
MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, PACKAGE/BOX WAS FINE?
If you have received a defective product, please email us so that we can quickly assess the damages. We will not offer any sort of replacement/refund on an item we see damaged by the customer. We value quality control, and products shipped out from our warehouse will be verified for any major defects. CAN I EXCHANGE OR REPLACE MY PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the product cost minus any shipping fees and 5% handling fee. If you plan on returning or exchanging a product you must pay for the return label to ship the item back to us and also the shipping to you if exchanged. The item must be sent in the same condition as received by the customer (no exceptions). Due to the recent update of Shopify's transaction fees policy, any orders that have been placed will be subject to a non-refundable transaction fee of 5% which will be deducted as a handling or restocking fee. This states that the transaction fees associated with your order, after it has been placed, will not be refunded.

If the return is approved you will be sent an invoice for the return label. Once paid we will provide the return label.
