Returns on orders are allowed within 14 days of delivery (no exceptions). Refunded amount will be order total except: original shipping costs, discounts, package protection (if applicable), return shipping costs, and a 5% restocking fee. Items must be unused/unworn and sent back in original packaging in order to process a refund. You will have 5 days from the creation of the return label to drop off the package to the shipping carrier or your return will be cancelled.
Currently, we are not accepting international returns. If you are placing an order outside of the US, we recommend to double check if you would like to place an order. Our logistics are not set to accept returns from outside of US.
For defective items (with limitations), please email our support email@example.com and we can assess a possible replacement or refund.
DISCLAIMER: Items that are markdown during special holiday deals (Independence Day, Labor Day, BFCM, Xmas) will not be allowed for returns or exchanges. Products sold during promotional periods are final sale. Custom orders are not returnable/refundable after the order has been shipped out.
How do I request a refund?
If you wish to request a refund on a product that has not yet been shipped, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to notify us of any changes. You can also request to cancel your order (prior to it being shipped) by simply replying back to the order confirmation email you received through Shopify. If you are requesting a refund on an order that has already been shipped out, and has not yet been delivered, you will be subject to the original return process stated above.
My product arrived damaged, package/box was fine?
If you have received a defective product, please email us so that we can quickly assess the damages. We will not offer any sort of replacement/refund on an item we see damaged by the customer. We value quality control, and products shipped out from our warehouse will be verified for any major defects. We are humans, and some things may slip, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we can verify any issues.
Can I exchange or replace my product for another?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll refund the order total except: original shipping costs, discounts, package protection (if added), return shipping costs, and a 5% restocking fee. Return shipping fee will be deducted from order total once the product is received and refund is approved.
